1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Lyx Concierge website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Services Description
Lyx Concierge provides luxury travel concierge services including, but not limited to:
• Hotel and flight booking assistance through our partner networks.
• Private villa rentals and luxury accommodation arrangements.
• Party packages, VIP event access, and nightlife experiences.
• Personalized travel planning and 24/7 concierge support.
We act as an intermediary between you and third-party service providers (hotels, airlines, villa owners, event organizers). The actual services are provided by these third parties under their own terms and conditions.
3. Booking & Reservations
• Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation from Lyx Concierge via email or WhatsApp.
• Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate information including names, dates, and contact details. Errors in provided information may result in additional charges or booking cancellation.
• Pricing: All prices are quoted in the currency specified and are subject to availability. Prices may change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed.
• Availability: We make every effort to secure your requested bookings, but availability is subject to third-party provider confirmation.
4. Payment Terms
• Deposits: Some bookings require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
• Full Payment: The remaining balance is typically due 30 days before your travel date, unless otherwise specified.
• Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment providers.
• Currency: Payments are charged in the currency specified in your booking confirmation. Currency conversion rates are determined by your bank or card issuer.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
• More than 60 days before travel: Full refund minus a processing fee of $50 per person.
• 30–60 days before travel: 50% refund of the total booking cost.
• 14–29 days before travel: 25% refund of the total booking cost.
• Less than 14 days before travel: No refund.
• No-show: No refund for failure to arrive at your destination or accommodation.
Some bookings may have specific cancellation policies that differ from the above. These will be clearly communicated at the time of booking. Refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and travel delays.
Lyx Concierge is not responsible for any losses, expenses, or damages arising from the lack of adequate travel insurance coverage.
7. Liability Limitations
• Lyx Concierge acts as an intermediary and is not liable for the acts, omissions, or defaults of third-party service providers.
• We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by airlines, hotels, weather conditions, government actions, or other circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific booking in question.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
8. User Conduct
By using our services, you agree to:
• Provide truthful and accurate information in all communications and bookings.
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws while traveling.
• Treat our staff, partners, and other travelers with respect.
• Not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited activities.
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel bookings for users who violate these terms.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Lyx Concierge website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Lyx Concierge or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our prior written consent.
10. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or our services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
